ABOUT

I am a freelance Fine Artist based in the beautiful city of Bath.

Since graduating from Falmouth University with BA Hons in Fine Art, I have furthered my practice by creating original pieces and commissions specifically for personal homes and professional work spaces.

My work ranges from all types of sizes and materials including black and white pen drawings to realistic oil paintings. When creating a piece of art I often picture it hung in a perfect setting that enhances the space and creates an atmosphere dependant on the clients criteria.

Growing up on the outskirts of Bath and spending the majority of my summer breaks working and living in Cornwall, I have experienced the full range of settings. From the luscious greens of the countryside, the Georgian buildings and churches of an historical city and the wildness and freedom of a coastal town, all of which help spark inspiration towards my art creations.

have been extremely fortunate to have a very large family, majority of which are women who are all wonderfully creative. I have taken specific inspiration from my mother as I grew up watching her turn our family house from an old fashioned, run down building into a warm, calming and unique family home.

I have learnt the importance of art and design, how the colour of a wall or the placement of a well founded piece of furniture or painting can enhance the feeling of a room. With my father having spent his life creating bespoke wooden furniture and my mother throwing together a cushion, a blind or reupholstering an old chair like it was easy, I wanted to follow suit and take my own creative path.

As an artist my goal is to create unique and personal pieces for interior spaces. With the knowledge of interior design and how important the ambiance of a space needs to be, it is my expertise and range of styles that can benefit each individual client and their vision.
